The HOME DEPOT
Its going green. 5 years ago the company stopped selling wood sourced from endangered regions of the world like the tropical forests of the southern Pacific Islands. They get 94%of their wood from North American forests, which means less shipping from long distances and fewer carbon emissions.

Omega-6s CLA
While most omega-6s (trans-fat from partial hydrogenation of veggie oil) are unhealthy, evidence shows that a lesser known member of the omega-6 family called conjugated linoleic acid (CLA) is benefical to weight loss, building lean muscle, boosting immunity, and halting cancer growth.

CLA is a fatty acid found only in the meat and milk of ruminants like cattle. (Key they should be pasture fed.) The higher the fat content in products such at milk, ice cream, and cheese, the higher the CLA levels. CLA can be taken as a supplement.

There are 28 isomers in CLA, but the most benefit comes from just two, t10c12 and c9t11. Milk is only rich in c9t11. So if you are looking to lose weight, supplements are best. Look for the name Tonalin or Clarinol on the label, these contain an equal mix of the two isomers. Check the label for dosage of daily dose of 2-5 g of CLA. If your looking for anti-cancer benefits milk is your best choice.
